QFC Farmer’s Market

Once again, QFC will present the "Farmer's Market," an interactive area where the patrons can enjoy fresh food paired with wine selected by QFC Wine Stewards and served to the public. QFC's long-term commitment to wine and Taste Washington has been an event hallmark and their expertise and care is showcased in their store's wine departments every single day.

Viking Chef's Stage and Showroom

Viking's support of the Washington Wine Commission has been more than gracious over the years and Paul Casey at Gateway Distributors/Viking has another great Taste Washington planned with the Viking Chef's Stage. With national and local celebrity chefs such as Bravo's Ilan Hall from "Top Chef," world-class food will be prepared on professional-grade Viking equipment before your very eyes every hour on the hour.

The Seattle Times Main Stage

The Seattle Times will be the title sponsor of the Main Stage where local, national and international wine experts will offer insight and free information on many popular wine topics and trends. The Seattle Times will also present the Blind Taste-Off, where sommeliers go head-to-head and show their expertise before the audience.

Seattle Magazine Gourmet Food

Seattle Magazine is the title sponsor of the restaurant exhibits and food sampling at the Grand Tasting where more than 50 particiapants will be on-site for the public to enjoy and savor. KIRO Ring Toss

The 710 KIRO Ring Toss is a fun game where patrons throw a ring around the bottle neck of dozens of Washington wines set-up on the floor of the playing area. All the proceeds are generously donated to event beneficiary FareStart. KIRO will also be on-site with their live broadcast talent to meet and greet the public. The KIRO Ring Toss is a fan favorite!

Sterling Savings Bank Wheel of Wine

Sterling Savings will again be the title sponsor of one of the event's most popular interactive areas — The Wheel of Wine. Event patrons get to spin the wheel for prizes and Washington wine. All the proceeds are generously donated to event beneficiary FareStart and the Washington Wine Education Foundation.

Washington Beef Commission Beef Bar

The Washington Beef Commission and Double R Ranch will again partner to present world-class beef samples at their Beef Bar during Taste Washington. Last year patrons lined up around this high-traffic exhibit and the Washington Beef Commission has some great samples and programming set again for this year. Special red wines are perfect with Double R Ranch beef, too.

Caffé Vita Coffee Dessert and Jazz Lounge

Caffé Vita, purveyor of world-class coffee served in their Puget Sound locations and in the Seattle's finest restaurants, will again be the sponsor of the Caffé Vita Dessert Jazz Lounge. Stop by, unwind after tasting wines and food, and enjoy an array of hand-crafted coffee drinks from Caffé Vita while listening to live jazz.

B2C Wired Wine World

B2C Wine, a new Washington-based wine business will make a connection with the event patrons at Taste Washington as they present the Wired Wine World. B2Cwine.com is a free online community for wine enthusiasts that gives its members industry resources to enhance their knowledge and the opportunity to collaborate with others who share their same passion for wine. 

Maserati Concours d'Elegance / Troiani Gusto Italiano

As the official automobile of Taste Washington, Maserati of Seattle will be the title sponsor of the Concours d'Elegance showcasing the ultimate in automobile luxury and performance. Maserati wowed everyone with their line up of Italian uber-chic autos last year and they will have even more on display this year. Additionally, they have partnered with Troiani to present Gusto Italiano — a pasta experience — in the Maserati area.

El Gaucho/Waterfront Seafood Grill Legendary Bites

What do you get when you match gourmet food, classic Washington wines and world-class service? You get an El Gaucho/Waterfront Seafood Grill memory of a lifetime — new to Taste Washington. The chefs and wine stewards at El Gaucho and Waterfront Seafood Grill will roll out a special tasting area on the show floor and in the VIP Barrel Room where their personal touches they are famous for will be for all to enjoy.

FIJI Water Café

Cool off and relax with a refreshing break in the new FIJI Water Café and FIJI Water Stations. FIJI's commitment to a greener planet and top wine events around the world will be clear at this year's Taste Washington. FIJI's classy product will be a huge hit with 3,500 wine tasters for sure.

Riedel Sensory Experience

The clear global leader in fine wine glassware and crystal, Riedel, will be in everyone's hands with an official tasting glass for all participants. Additioally, Riedel brings a showroom of product to sell and ship to your home as they host the Riedel Sensory Experience at Taste Washington this year. This is the perfect chance to buy and try the lastest in glassware direct from Riedel.

KING 5 VIP Session

From 2-4 p.m. on April 6, the Grand Tasting is presented by KING 5, where more than 2,000 patrons who purchase their tickets for the extra special time can spend a more intimate experience with the winemakers and restaurants. KING 5 and Evening Magazine have a true connection to wine and food lovers and their VIP Session will underscore that.
