Welcome to Dinner Series Presented By Columbia Crest Winery!
Join us at Cedar + Elm and allow Chef Luke Kolpin and Chef Aaron Tekulve [Surrell] whisk you away with their culinary mastery for a multi-course meal experience. Each course will be perfectly paired with a vintage from Columbia Crest Winery. Please note that this experience is a communal dinner and you may be paired with other guests the same table.
Chef Luke Kolpin, Executive Chef of Cedar + Elm at The Lodge at St. Edward Park, honed his culinary craft in Seattle’s top kitchens before spending over eight years at the Michelin-starred Noma in Copenhagen, where he rose to Sous Chef. A passionate mentor and advocate for inclusive education, he supports local charities like the Seattle Boys & Girls Club and Seattle Central’s Culinary Arts Program. In 2022, he showcased his talents on Top Chef and now continues to elevate Pacific Northwest dining with his creative and refined approach.
Chef Aaron Tekulve, the visionary behind Surrell, draws inspiration from his Montana roots and a family legacy of cooking. He honed his craft at Seattle’s top restaurants, including Canlis and Lark, and gained experience at the Michelin-starred Coi in San Francisco. A Chopped! competitor and featured chef in Wine Enthusiast and Seattle Cooks, he specializes in Modern Pacific Northwest Cuisine, earning Surrell accolades as one of Wine Enthusiast’s Top 50 Best Restaurants in America.
