We've got some fantastic volunteer opportunities that'll let you be a part of the Pacific Northwest's best food and wine event. Get ready to join the event community, where you can help create the most unforgettable Taste Washington experience!

PERKS OF VOLUNTEERING

  • 1 Ticket to attend the Event (event day ticket depends on the shift/time you sign up for)

  • A Taste Washington Branded Volunteer shirt, to be worn only while volunteering. The volunteer shirt will need to be removed when you are off your shift and attending the event. 

  • A Taste Washington collectable wine glass; received when you attend the event as a guest.  

  • Light snacks to enjoy during your shift. 

  • Having a hand in building and creating the nation's largest and best food and wine festival.

  • Tons of appreciation from the staff and community! 

  • Create relationships within the event production and food and beverage industry.

VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS

  • All volunteers must be 21+

  • Volunteers must check in at the Volunteer Area and receive credentials before entering the Exhibition Floor for their shift. 

  • Volunteers must complete the shift they signed up for in order to receive their free Ticket.

  • Volunteers are NOT allowed to drink alcoholic beverages during their shift. Please wait until you attend as a guest to enjoy the Wine vendors. Volunteers will be removed and unable to receive their Ticket if they choose to ignore this requirement. 

  • Volunteers are NOT to enjoy food from Culinary vendors during their shift. Please wait until you attend as a guest to enjoy the Culinary vendors. Volunteers will be removed and unable to receive their Ticket if they choose to ignore this requirement. 

  • Volunteers are not allowed to wear their volunteer shirts after their shift while enjoying the festival. Please bring other clothing to wear while attending the event. 

  • Volunteers are to stay with their assigned Volunteer Lead unless reassigned to another SE Productions Lead. 

  • Volunteers are to check out at the Volunteer Area at the end of their shift in order to receive their Ticket to attend the Event. If you do not check out, tickets will not be awarded.
